It's tough carrying 2 tanks at a time from my truck to my house, my tanks (8) were packaged in a cardboard box due to not having any 4 pack carriers.

They bring supplies quickly when I need them & are helpful explaining anything to me. I need a small portable oxygen concentrator & they have explained the qualifications to me.
they were very nice! they let me exchange my empty oxygen tanks for full ones so I could stay and help my Mom on my trip there. I live in Kansas City, MO. they even loaded them into my car for me. the gal at the desk who answered my phone call was very pleasant, kind and caring! I asked her why Yelp reviews were so bad, she said sometimes people ask for things they don't have and get mad about it. I will definitely go back there when I'm visiting!
