I called them on a Saturday Holiday weekend. They were at my house in 15 mins. The young lady that came out fixed the problem fast and was so efficient!! I would highly recommend them.Service: HVAC system repair

The gentLemon that came out and replaced my heater were fantastic! Worked their tails off to ensure that my family had heat. They tacked a very difficult project and saw it through to the end. My many thanks and gratitude to them both. I WILL be using Kasinger again for sure!

A technician named Bobby was sent to diagnose why my Mom's furnace had quit. After determining that it only needed a new thermostat he immediately installed a new one. He then continued to wait for at least 20 minutes to make sure everything was okay. During the entire time he was most personable, the epitome of customer service. Kissinger has done multiple service items and installations for my family and I would highly recommend using them.
