“I'm on oxygen 24/7 and couldn't leave the house, I'm a 72 year old female and not used to change. Our account was hacked on my all in one hp computer. First Security Fraud department notified us after 17K was taken from one of our accounts. We contacted John with Mountain Home Computer Repair, he told us to shut the machine down machine immediately on Monday. John made a special trip to down on Handcove Road in Henderson, AR. He picked up our machine the same day, and brought it back, 1 business day later, in even better condition then it left.
John offered to switch us over to Linux --- i was very hesitant as i have heard that is was very difficult to learn. I also researched it some, and called John to say we just wanted Windows Operating system back, he had already rebuilt it on Zorin and Guaranteed that If I didn't like it, he would switch us back at no additional charge. John took 30 minutes and walked us through Zorin. It was UNBELIEVABLE, simple, NO Popups, NO Spam, NO bloatware, it's very clean and easy. I write letters and update excel spread sheets for our church and Zorin had everything built in that I needed. I cant believe I hadn't switched sooner!“
