I needed to have a ceiling fan installed. Typically, I can do this myself but this is a old home and the wiring sent me to a professional. I really want to give a great review; the work they did was exemplary. But they have scheduling issues; I contacted them on Thursday for the following Tuesday at 2:00pm. When Tuesday passed with no word, I called and was told it would be Wednesday at 2:00pm. At 1:30 on Wednesday two electricians arrived and got right to work. They were quick and efficient. But they did not complete the last job and advised me that another electrician would be by Thursday to finish the work. Nobody came. I called and it rang and went to voicemail. I left a message that has not been returned. I'm optimistic that they'll be back as I haven't paid them, nor did they produce an invoice. Nice folks, they do good work, but I would definitely try to pin them down on actual days and times. I wasted all of Thursday waiting for someone who didn't call or text. Courtesy goes a long way.
