“THANK YOU, CRAWFORD! I bought solar panels from a company in Conway last year. For the past eight months half of them were not working after a power outage. I called that company hundreds of times but they ignored every call. Finally they call back and said my gateway is bad and I would have to pay them $3,000 to fix it even though they have a 25 year warranty. I called Brian at Crawford and they had techs out within a week. They just left and fixed my panels in under a hour. Turns out it was a minor issue and nothing needed to be replaced. I wish I would have bought the panels from Crawford Electric to begin with. Techs were supper friendly and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with this company. I'm about to buy a generator from them too.“
