We provide hands on care of the spine. Dr. Garretson has more than 35 years experience in practice. Same day appointments available. Dr. Byrd started this practice in 1963 at this location. We call our practice high touch, low tech. We do not use instrumentation to do adjustments. Dr. Garretson graduated from the Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena Texas. Dr. Deanna Garretson is retired from practice.
