I ordered online to send to a friend in the Mountain Home Baxter Hospital. They contacted me by phone to alert me that the flowers were delivered, but my friend was no longer in the hospital. They inquired how I would like them to proceed. They were very friendly and helpful. Since my friend did not live in the area, I asked what I could do. They were willing to pick the flowers up from the hospital and refund the cost, though I didn't expect it. I appreciate them!
