Positives: friendly lady. Delivered to correct place.
Negatives: I was charged $50 and had no idea what my just because bouquet would look like.
They didn’t have the vase I wanted. I said use regular or inexpensive vase and put more on flowers. They didn’t. It came in a smiley face cup. Of course, that’s smaller than I expected. I do not feel I got a good value.
I researched various flowers in this cup and most were $35.
The flowers came with no instructions or little packet for extending life of flowers.
I won’t use them again.
Oh, also she said she would use summer flowers of color. Something bright and fun.

Amazing. I didn't speak with anyone but made an order online to have flowers sent to my wife for valentine's Day. Left a note asking to leave at door if no answer at the door. And they did that, left them in a corner not in plain sight the best possible way for a apartment. They delivered them on time and I have no complaints. My wife loves the flowers too. I can't believe I'm the first to review Harts & Flowers! I've been using them for years to deliver flowers in the area. I don't have any pics because I've been the sender but the recipients are always thrilled with the beautiful arrangements. They're a locally owned business and deliver a great value -always beautiful, often fragrant, always fresh and last a long time.
