Hate I had to use him, but glad he was readily available.He came roughly an hour after initial contact- popped my door open in 60 seconds. Only time I let money go this fast was at a casino.Thank you Reggie!

Locked my keys in my big truck while it was running around 10pm and google searched locksmiths in Monticello. I called the first one and they didn’t answer after two calls. Called the next one which was Reggie’s and they were there in less than 10 minutes. Had my truck unlocked in less than 15 minutes. Reggie is a very kind gentleman and he was training a new guy that was also very nice. Being kind and doing honest work goes a long way. Also very affordable!!

I'm 5 hours from home when someone hit my car at a busy intersection. The policeman gave me choices for a towing company and the only name I could remember was Reggie's. Thank the Lord! These people are the embodiment of the phrase " over and above!" The man who showed up said he would take me to a hotel (no car, late at night, no Uber, etccc) and in route, I stayed feeling nauseous and shaky. He said let's go to the hospital. He got out and helped me out of the wrecker. Then, the next day Reggie sent Trace to come to my hotel and take me to the yard to get important stuff from my car. WHO DOES THIS? I was overwhelmed.
