O'Fallon Veterinary Service has been a family-owned and -operated business in Monticello, Arkansas, for over 20 years, offering a range of veterinary services for both household and farm animals. The clinic emphasizes customer service and convenience, providing in-office and out-of-office care. They also offer a discount for UAM students and are affiliated with the local Chamber of Commerce.
However, experiences at O'Fallon Veterinary Service vary. While some customers appreciate the professional and personable treatment of their pets, others have expressed concerns about the veterinarian's lack of compassion and communication skills. Some reviews highlight a feeling of rudeness, with instances where the veterinarian did not take the time to listen to pet owners’ concerns. Despite these mixed reviews, there are positive remarks about the friendly staff, particularly a young lady who was noted for her caring approach during a pet's nail clipping. Overall, O'Fallon Veterinary Service aims to provide quality care but may benefit from improving customer interaction.
Very knowledgeable but has no compassion. He didn't have time to listen to what I had to say. When I started to talk about my dogs problem, he interrupted and asked, why are you here and what do you want. I wanted to find out if my little dog was dying and need to be euthanized. Then, why are you here again. I recommend not taking a pet you love here. "Rude and no manners". Too concerned with another dollar.
Nothing they did was wrong just got a bad vibe about the place. All I did was take my dog to get her nails clipped. The only one that seemed to be friendly and care about animals was the young lady that clip my dog's nails My dog actually trusted her enough to let her pet her and clip her nails. I was a new customer and this was my dog's first time going to the vet. And the veterinarian couldn't even come out and introduce himself Could just be me I just thought that was kind of rude. I could have understood if he would have been busy but it will slow and I was the only one there. I doubt I'll be going there again.
I am so pleased with the service I received from the Dr and staff at O'Fallon Veterinary clinic... Pablo will definitely go back. Thanks for professional yet personable treatment of our pet.reference
