K & K Cleaners & Laundry is a business that provides excellent alteration services, with customers praising the owners' great personality and Carrie's expertise in handling a variety of fabric items. However, the business has received mixed reviews regarding their dress preservation services, with customers reporting delays and misplacement of garments. Overall, the business is known for its quality alteration work, but customers should be cautious when using their preservation services.
This business is great at alterations and have used them several times for alterations! However, do not go here for dress preservation. Preservations are not prioritized at all, they had our dress for 5 months, never returned our messages , and at one point misplaced the dress and we had to go into the room to find it ourselves. 5 star for alterations, 1 star for preservation.Service: Alterations
