I simply cannot say enough good thing about Roberta Northcut and First Financial Home Loans as they are likely the best mortgage lender in Mena Arkansas. Roberta took a lot of time to speak with my husband and help with our rather tricky home loan situation as self employed business owners. During our process of trying to buy a home we found Roberta to be the most helpful person we spoke with and she was able to expertly navigate rather complicated hurdles unordered to give us extremely helpful recommendations. DO NOT SKIP SPEAKING WITH ROBERTA! ? ? ?

Roberta was great getting our loan done in a very timely manner. She was very pleasant to deal with and communicated with us every step in the process. We closed on our home just 20 days after we signed a purchase agreement.

Miss Roberta was an amazing broker ‼️???????? she got our family into our new home quickly ‼️????????, she has amazing response time when we had questions, she went above and beyond to ensure that the paperwork required to get us in this house was explained thoroughly. I already having a VA loan on my other home. She explained to me what all my best options were with this acquisition of my second home. to ensure I arranged for financing of both the homes at maximum benefit to me she went out of her way to make sure the proofs we needed to provide were minimal and didn't make us jump through a bunch of unnecessary hoops???????? she responded to all our questions...read full review
