The gentleman who inspected my roof showed me pictures of the hail damage. He took care of everything including being there when the insurance adjuster inspected the roof. The workers tore off my old roof and put on the new one in 2 days and when they left, you could not tell they were there, everything cleaned up! I would not hesitate in recommending William Dean and Rock City Roofing!
My experience with Rock City Roofing has been 5 stars all the way. William Dean, my project manager, has been great. My relationship with him started three years ago when we had a really bad hailstorm. I called Rock City Roofing, based on their reviews, to have someone come out and inspect my roof. William was and is very professional, thorough and honest. He didn't recommend that I file a claim at that time. I can't express enough how much I appreciate his honesty.
