When I moved to Hot Springs, one of the first things people told me was that vendors around here work on “island time.” In other words, they show up when they want to, how they want to, and if they want to.

NOT THESE GUYS! Whoa! They showed up on time, smiling, fully prepared with all the tools they needed to remove a PTAC from the housing, cover exposed electrical parts, clean the coil and grates, remediate all mold, clean the housing and exterior of the unit before reinstallation, plus clean-up afterwards. They answered all my questions, never seeming perturbed or irritated by my curiosity, and let me take pictures of their work.

It was a last minute call to them because I could NOT figure out what I was doing at all. They came out within a couple hours and completely fixed me up and made sure everything was good to go in my hvac. Highly recommend.

Due to the extreme cold weather, the drainpipe on my heat and air system froze up. Not knowing "what in the world" could be wrong with the new Lennox unit purchased just over a year ago from Grisham Airecare, I gave them a call to report my nonworking furnace. The good people of Grisham Airecare got right on the problem, Linda, the receptionist, gave me a clue to the problem due to the unusually extreme cold weather, promptly Travis was out to fix it (thaw the pipe and make adjustments so it would not refreeze).
