My family and I would like to reach out to Jade Laymon in the Conway, Ar office of B&S Memorials an let her know how very grateful an blessed we were to meet her an have her serve us in choosing a monument for our loved one. This is long overdue and I apologize for that. Jade was not only personable an professional but literally made us feel she cared as much about doing our loved one right an honoring him as much as we did. As difficult emotionally as this process was Jade put us at ease an guided us through. She heard us she listened she had advice an input we wouldn't have thought of or knew that was available to us. I can't say enough about this young lady. She truly cares for her customers an the company she's representing. Our monument is all an more than we ever thought possible.
