When I was called by Sleep Technologies to be informed they received my cpap order from my doctor, I spoke with a really nice lady named Kayne. When I called in to speak with someone about my insurance, a lady named Ruby answered the phone she was sweet and efficient as well and got me transferred to the correct department. When I was called to be scheduled, I spoke with Jess and Roxy. They were both very sweet and answered all of my questions.
