I was pretty lost in the whole home inspection process leading up to it. I was researching what to look for in a home inspector and follow-up questions to ask. After looking through a couple of options I decided to go with Xpert Home Inspector. The website looked good and the sample report seemed to cover everything I researched. LET ME TELL YOU. The report I got afterwards was every bit as good as the sample and more. It was detailed with great info, pictures, videos, and a clear rating system. Brandon was helpful answering our follow up questions and was a great fit for what we needed in our inspection process. 10/10
