Today my expectations were revived by Dr. Williams. OMG so professional, his staff is courteous. He took the time to explain to me and didn't expect for me to know...he was extremely patient. If more Dr's had this attitude, professional conduct and overall compassion and competence, I know we would have better outcomes in Healthcare...and yes I was a little scared but he allowed my anxiety to decrease.
