I was wined and dined in this Ulta. It was very clean, and staff was wonderful. I don’t know how many times I was asked if they could help me, but it was consistent. The checker helped me with an account issue that has been going on for a while. 10/10 experience.

I came into the store today and found out Alex will be leaving in a couple of weeks. I wanted to cry!! He is always so helpful and spot on about the products he suggests for me! I am glad for his future endeavors and wish him the best, but I am sure going to miss him! He has been better at helping me find products for my skin than people who are the same shade as me. ULTA is my favorite store, and it's going to be hard with him not being there:( Good luck, Alex! I wish you al the best!!

I highly suggest the Chenal location as a University location didn’t seem to have much time for me, and when I had questions about lashes and lash application, they didn’t seem interested in assisting me at all but when I went to Chenal they brought someone to me that spent about 15 minutes helping me pick out what I needed and taught me how to apply.
