I love coming to Top Nails because they always give me top notch treatment! I’ve been to so many nail salons in Little Rock and it is definitely my favorite! Cayelynn and Samantha are fantastic. I recommend calling for an appointment but they are pretty quick to get you in.
Brian & Helen do a great job running Top Nails, and they have a great staff. Very clean, good service, and they do a quality job for manicures & pedicures. My go-to for several years now. Highly recommend!
Excellent customer service. I appreciated that I was greeted upon and that they answered my call accepting my request for a a same day appointments. I came 15 minutes late because of work (not their fault) and they let me know if I had a hard stop they would guarantee pedicure but the manicure was questionable. With my expectations set, they quickly got to work and were very gentle, constantly confirming things were to my liking, and ensuring I was relaxed. A customer missed their appointment, so the nail tech came to me and started on my manicure. To my surprise I was able to get both the manicure and pedicure.
