While sometimes calls result in being put on hold or limited help, the overall assistance is highly valued. They carry many parts that other local stores do not.

Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff
They had lots of plumbing items but not a gas ball valve with test port that I needed, but none of the other stores in the area did either.
