I was referred to The Plumbing Warehouse by a friend for a kitchen and master bath I am currently remodeling. I had planned to shop at a big box store and use a discount I had. I was a bit intimidated by a specialty store. I expected high prices and an attitude, but I was wrong!I had an idea of what I wanted from a manufacturer's website, so I also knew what the MSRP of the items would be. Tony showed me the items, we talked materials and designs that would work for my projects. Sales staff ,Nancy was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. I purchased $3000.00 + of fixtures.Disappointed when I tried to return a $12.00 shower drain cover plumber couldn't get to fit and the counter associate wouldn't take it back because it was out of the original bag. I had the receipt with the sku and everything It was not used or damaged.
