The kind and skilled caregivers at Synergy sat with my mom at night while she adjusted to a new home. I especially appreciated the initial introduction and the detailed notes from the night before which were posted on their app each morning. We will use Synergy again if and when we need help with a family member.
This has been a very stressful time for my daughter and myself to take care of her father. Synergy has sent to the home the most wonderful people to help with his care. They have been very reliable and such hard workers, even with our last minute requests. We trusted them completely to keep him safe and to help with his daily living needs. We now have him in a nursing home due to his decline in health, but could not have kept him at home as long as we did without their support. Thank you for everything!
