Called in with a water main leak, which in my eyes is an emergency, I was told it would be next Wednesday, today is Tuesday? I can not continue to let water leak out, and I can not turn it off for 8 days?? Definitely failed to meet the image they portray in their commercials. I use them for my business as well, but after this, no more.
I called several times, no answer on any of my calls. No return call back. I needed service on my tankless hot water system they installed. Since i had to call someone else, found out it was installed wrong which caused the outage and they're no longer in business. Very disappointed.... I used them for 30 years.
They were supposed to put a new furnace in last week. I had to take the day off work they didn't call to say they had to rescheduled for anoter day. They called the next day to come out so they said they were coming we had rescheduled because me and my wife were both at and said they would be out Wednesday well we had to call them and sais they were dealing with people with no heat and couldn't tell us when they will get to us i would give them no stars if that was an optionService: HVAC repair
