I worked for them many years ago. The owners and the rest of the staff were wonderful people. They went above and beyond for their customers and staff. I’m been gone about 20 years and I still remember how kind and how good they treated me.

I haven't had need of their services yet. But if I ever have a plumbing issue, i will keep them in mind due to one of their staffs small act of kindness.

I was having a rough morning and wanted to get McDonalds because i wasn't able to eat at home. The gentleman in front of me, in his company vehicle, paid for my meal. It brightened up my day immediately. I paid it forward and paid for the lady behind me. I don't think there was anyone behind her, but I hope i brightened her day like he brightened mine.

It was at the McDonalds of Fourche Dam Pike. I wanted to say thank you, and i know it's going to be a good day.

Had odd feeling so called Home Warranty company (another company)to have someone come out because the vent connected to the water heater was out of wall. They took 20 seconds to tell me I needed a plumber and carbon monoxide blowing, called it in, charged me, and left--WITHOUT TELLING ME TO TURN OFF THE WATER HEATER! I had to reach out and find Russell &LeMay. They had me text picture-told me to immediately turn off water heater, and how, and within an hour of call although they were swamped, an amazing, experienced, knowledgeable, and kind technician was at my house.
