I left a voicemail about a leaking washing machine, the call was promptly returned the next day and an appointment was set up within the week, much faster than I was expecting! Teylor called to let me know he was on his way, something I had requested on my earlier call as I work from home and need to make sure I can step away from my desk. He was very polite and didn’t mind me hovering a bit, was informative and answered my questions as he worked, explained what he was looking for, had me check out what was wrong and gave me a quick estimate. He was very reassuring that the new part would last a while and that the other parts were in good condition which was a relief! He had everything completed in under 2 hours, was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! Overall a great experience, value of service was absolutely worth the price, and will definitely be reaching out again for any appliance repair needs!

It is never a good time for an appliance to die, especially a refrigerator. I really appreciated Paul squeezing me in for a Friday appointment. In addition, Joshua and Zach diagnosed the problem quick and went above and beyond to get it repaired same day. I have a medical issue that would have made going a week without a working fridge a really stressful issue. Thanks, again!
