They made me feel extremely comfortable and broke down step by step for me. I was so afraid I would have to have surgery, which I did not want to happen. I feel like I have a second chance!! I really appreciate them for being so down to earth and helpful. I even brought my mom back for the same thing.?“

8801 W Markham St, Little Rock“I can do an RDL again! I had horrible lower back pain that I ignored for years because of lack of money and insurance. I stopped my fitness journey because my favorite moves like RDL and back exercises were extremely difficult and painful. 2yrs later and I went to pain care associates and the X-rays they took explained it all!! My back was jacked up ?!! Twisted and turned, I swear. I jumped for joy being able to get into an RDL position and come up with NO PAIN! Don't be scared of chiropractic care or think it’s pointless and STOP going to the hospital for back pain and letting them throw painkillers at you!!! Go to pain care associates so they can untwist your back lol. I was told it’s $200-/+ for the initial appointment and $45 for maintenance care, actually cheaper than my $50 copay ??. It’s therapeutic as well, just go if you’re thinking about it!
Also, the chiropractor advised I be seen 3times/week for a month before going into maintenance care (once/twice month), but I was honest and said my budget only allowed me to do 3 days my first week/ 2days the next week and now I’m in maintenance for me. Dont be afraid to be honest about your budget, I still feel great and will keep going back at least once a month.“
