Brian Murphy was great to work with from the first session going forward. His plan for me was very effective and worked quickly doing PT at Pinnacle and at home with his guidance. Very good attention to detail. I would recommend Brian Murphy and Pinnacle to anyone who needs physical therapy. Thanks Brian!“

11900 Kanis Rd d4, Little Rock“Hands down - the best PT experience…ever. From ease of scheduling, to amazing office staff and thorough intake assessment - to more relief and unique treatment approaches in the first visit…than months with two other PT clinics from both before and after surgery. Darby and his team are top-notch - have also already taught me new exercises to do from home to support even more relief between sessions…and added bonus, they’re all so friendly and hilarious! Needless to say - I’m beyond grateful to have found them, and that they accept my insurance…two thumbs WAY up!“

2516 Cantrell Rd G, Little Rock“I have had knee pain for 8 months now, nothing broken just old car injury flared up. After four physical therapists failed to make it well I was desperate and became homebound. Each failed therapy made it worse. I am a psychotherapist with past ethical practice myself, so I could see that part of my former PT didn’t work was due to the therapist didn’t pay professional attention to the details of your report, not individualizing treatment, putting your in machine then they do paperwork without watching how well or poorly you can do those exercises. Then I was referred to David. Within two weeks I said goodbye to walker and the third week I was back to gym walking to 25 minutes with least pain.Yes, he is a hidden gem in Little Rock . All other PT’s should come to him for training, in my opinion.Very grateful to him. He gives my quality of living back!!!!!!!“

“I was hit on my motorcycle 8 years ago when I was 22 yr old. I broke 14 bones and had zero cartilage left in all of my major joints, along with damaged bones where they then rubbed. I was told by numerous doctors and Physical Therapists that I would need knee and hip replacements before I hit 35 yrs old. I started QC's treatment about 16 months ago on my Ankles, Knees, Hips and Shoulders. I use to be in constant pain and even had to carry my cane in my car with me. Because sometimes the pain became intolerable and would even leave me unable to simply stand on my own feet, at least once a week. This has only happened twice since starting (last time a year ago). And both times I would call them and they would immediately see me and give me a round of free shots and got rid of the pain and immobility.I will NO longer need Knee AND Hip Replacements! My cartilage has healed and grown back. And the rare occasions I am in pain (maybe 5% as often as before), the pain is only 1-3% as bad as before. Just a slight discomfort, opposed to pain that would literally cause me to collapse and unable to even yell for help. I have not been able to rave enough to everybody I know and random strangers I see with pain, of the wonders they have performed on me!And it might seem a bit expensive but my yearly Physical Therapy costs were the same, which I no longer need. Not to mention a small fraction of what the knee and hip replacements would have cost. And then need replacing every 10 years or so. And leaving me unable to run or jump or risk damaging those artificial joints. Within 2 months I started to feel better. And I can not wait to be able to go back and get my elbows and wrists done next. If you had any doubts of whether this is nothing but snake water, let me tell you this is the real deal. I have had numerous surgeries, 7 years of PT, chiropractic treatment & numerous supplements. And nothing came close to how much QC Kinetix has helped me and giving me a future life free of pain and the freedom of mobility and self-dependence!And the entire staff is amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, kind, respectful, attentive and truly want to help you.“
