This vet clinic is special! I brought my cat Horace in after not getting the right answers from the local vet. They take the time to thoroughly examine every animal, explain treatment courses, provide answers, and genuinely care. The entire staff is wonderful, from the front desk to the technicians and doctors. They also have affordable payment options which allowed me to treat Horace without going bankrupt. It's quite a drive for me to get here but it's worth the drive to know that I can get quality care for my pets after hours
Every single person we encountered was amazing, kind, and truly cared for us and our precious Avalon. The manager, vet, techs, and front desk are so friendly and caring. They kept us updated at every turn when our sweet boy was bitten by a venomous snake. They saved his life, and we could not be more grateful to everyone there. They made us feel at ease. They truly loved and cared for our baby. They absolutely go above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced at a vet clinic. We loved them and could not recommend them more highly! Out West took outstanding care of our dog, Reba! She was injured while trying to make friends with a neighbor’s dog. I brought her in covered in blood and slightly panicked. The staff did a phenomenal job getting our pup stitched up and comfortable. They were wonderful to work with-highly recommend!
