Nicole Nark went above and beyond to help my family find a home in Little Rock, Arkansas.We were buying from out of state, so she took the time to do a walkthrough of a few properties on video chat.Even when our first offer fell through, due to huge amount of property buying going on, she kept helping us look for a new place until we found the perfect home.We are very grateful to have had Nicole as our agent.Highly recommended!

Nicole was wonderful! We found her on YouTube while searching for information on Arkansas. We set up a meeting with her over video chat and immediately knew we found our girl. She was very responsive and would go to any house we asked her to. If we were out of town (which we mostly were) she would video chat us and give us a thorough rundown of the home, and even if we weren't available she would take a video and post it to YouTube for us to watch at our convenience. All this was during the big COVID market boom no less! She's very motivated, knowledgeable and made our first home buying experience a breeze :)
