I say this being a customer that has high expectations running a small business and having very specific needs. Giving 3 stars because of 24/7 availability and friendly staff. However, make sure you control the situation from start to finish because they can miss diagnose a problem and cost you a bunch of extra money for no reason. Went in because I was having autostart and voltage drop issues. They never addressed the voltage drop and ended up cleaning my break pedal saying that fixed the problem which it did not. Went back and had them do a battery test and found out had 5 bad batteries. Replaced batteries and fixed all problems. First visit costed $1,300 second costed $1,200. Ok so I have to tell everyone my experience at this shop I have been all 48 states and 1000s if different shops some good some bad but I have to say this shop is hands down THE MOST AMAZING SHOP I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE TO BE AT Chad a safty sound going off and from day 1 they did not stop until they found the issue out of miles of wire Danny Dixon the master tech found it and in the crazy ness of that he also caught a bad sencer in my transmission that with out a delt would of eventually would if been a big problem i want to send big thank you to DANNY DIXON DANIEL DIXON JAKE FONKER AND THE KENWORTH FAMILY FOR AMAZING JOB WITH out a delt bring you're truck here
