Had to have turbo actuator replaced. Called ahead and was able to get in shop right away. Blake Cassidy done an awesome job keeping me updated and helped on total bill. This is my 3rd time to the shop here and I can say they do a great job and will help anyway to save you money and time. Thanks guysDorris Trucking LLC
Jake in the service department is the backbone and saving grace of this shop. He will listen, he understands and then he follows up on what he says he will do. Also, my initial contact with parts service and the technician that performed my fan hub replacement was great.
I appreciate the guys at MHC Kenworth Little Rock, especially Mike, Jake, and Bryant who help me with aftermarket warranty issues and communication with Paccar reps. They recently did a "short block" engine replacement on my truck, which was primarily covered through Paccar's "major component warranty". It's nice to have knowledgeable guys like them to handle big issues.
