Caregivers use their own time to go get their breakfast or lunch they're on my time can't find me anybody to work on Thursday and Friday and when they do they only work maybe one day or don't even show show up and you leave a message on Wednesday Thursday and Friday and they say they will get right back to you with a man's voice and they don't

My friend applied for care for her son one year ago, and they still haven't even begun the process to find someone to help her. They've been giving her the runaround the entire time, and every time she calls, she's been dismissed. The employees have been extremely rude. For a business that claims to help others, I'd say they failed.
