I was absolutely impressed from the start when I made the appointment over the phone to the time we left the office. The front desk, Christie, expressed genuine concern and had an exceptional friendly disposition. Dr. Reynolds’s was awesome! Courteous, knowledgeable and down to earth. Our puppy was examined, tested and given antibiotics for less than 1/2 of quoted price from other vet clinics. Before leaving I scheduled a follow up appointment for our puppy and a new patient appointment for our cat. I’m pleased to say that we’ve found our veterinarian!!Great customer service, low cost, great service and clean facility.
They are good they gave my boy 4 more years but I had to put him down. The respect for the love I had for my boy was wonderful.They treated him like a human. They brought him to me and left us alone and let me talk to him and tell him how much I loved him and run to the ? bridge and wait for me I will be there soon.Saying goodbye helped me and broke me down. I got to say a good goodbye. I have lost 5 siblings in the last two years during covid and did not get to say goodbye.As hard as it was this was therapeutic for me. Dr. Reynolds is fantastic!! She is very attentive and diligent in the care for all the animals she sees. Her and her staff are extremely friendly and professional. We are so grateful for all the time and care that is given to our furry family member!
