The staff are welcoming, supportive, and kind. There are numerous classes that are offered at no extra charge. The equipment is well-maintained and the facility is clean and well-maintained, with large locker rooms and showers. It is like a spa day with the option to use the basketball court, the racquetball courts, the pool, the hot tub, and the sauna. The pool is clean and uncrowded, although some may find it smaller than expected. Trainers are knowledgeable and provide workout and meal plan ideas to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
Good equipment and layout in a filthy building. It’s dirty from the filth on the door to the trash on the ground to the filthy parking lot to the brown stains on the curtains to the filthy bathrooms to the filthy locker rooms. I’m appalled That management would allow this brand to look this poorly.

I'm so glad I started coming to this gym! It's so much more than just going to the gym. Having the option to workout in addition to using the basketball court, the racquetball courts, the pool, the hot tub, the sauna... It's like a spa day 😍

I really enjoy my gym. Everyone keeps to themselves. There's eye contact and the occasional nod that happens after eye contact.
The equipment is well-maintained. Every day that I have gone, I have witnessed a staff member cleaning. There are numerous classes that are offered at no extra charge. Even when there is a personal trainer working with a group, they do not take over any part of the gym for a long period of time.
The only thing that would make it better for me is for the hours of operation to be extended. I changed from a 24/7 access gym and I still have to remind myself that I can't go whenever it suits me.
