Joel has the patience of a saint - we were in the process of deciding whether we wanted to relocate to Little Rock or stay in Texas. So there was ALOT of texts, emails and phone calls - Joel was so responsive you would have thought we were his only client. He never showed any frustration when we asked to look at houses multiple times, asked a bazillions questions or changed our mind on a house we thought we loved. After we finally decided on a house he was with us ever step of the way through negotiating the offer, the final walk through where there were problems and the closing where there were more complication. When you choose Joel to be your agent, he really goes the extra mile to help you find the perfect home. When we first came to Little Rock, we were unsure of the area we wanted to live in. He showed us a lot of options in a lot of different areas. He stuck with us through our different requests and indecisiveness. Finally, when we decided exactly what we wanted and where we wanted, he helped us find it and close the deal. He always treated us more like a friend than a client. I recommend him 100%.
Joel is very knowledgeable and gives honest helpful advice with his clients best interests in mind. His powerful negotiation skills saved me money and helped avoid delays. I will never use another realtor.
