Poor experience coupled with the worst customer service. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled their mistake is laughably infuriating. Don't recommend.

WORST customer service ever! I took a pair of jeans in for laundry and heavy starch. The employee Noah handed me the ticket which said it was for 'Dry Cleaning'. When I pointed that out he said ok he would fix it. I asked for a new ticket and he said I didn't need one. So when I picked up my jeans they had indeed been dry cleaned rather than laundered and of course NOT starched. When I pointed this out to the same Noah who checked in my item, he just shrugged and said "it doesn't matter what the customer requests, they just do whatever they want". Yea, really? WOW. LET ME REPEAT. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
