I was in town on business and was staying nearby and decided to visit a non-chain place to eat and grab a drink.
This place checked all the boxes of a truly local beer joint and restaurant. From the time I walked in I could tell it was a neighborhood staple. The decor, TV's, and customer made bar reminded me of a small town bar in the midwest.
I was greeted promptly by two of the bartenders and they made me feel right at home. I asked about the 3 gallon jar in the display cooler that had pepperchinnis floating in it, and quickly learned it was actually vodka infused in pickle juice and peppers, served as a chilled shot. This place operates like a family. The food is phenomenal, the drinks are strong so you get your money's worth and the service is top notch! Big screen TVs on every wall, pool tables and darts. Where else can you play Jenga or Connect4 on an oversized wooden board or the arcade game Golden Tee?! Outside the patio offers a quiet spot with a big screen TV and plenty of tables to chill at. There's even a little gold fish pond back there! Grumpy's offers a place to be yourself, relax and chill, watch a Hogs game, or turn up with your friends but no matter the occasion, everyone is welcome!

Grumpy’s Too. IS. MY. VIBE. You know exactly what you’re getting when you’re walking into this place. It’s an unapologetic dive bar and I’m here for it. The place is clean, but smells like cigarette smoke. No biggie there because the service was fast and amazing and the bartenders were really nice. We saw and smelled the food and it was BOMB! Sadly we ate before, but the next time we’re back we’re going to eat there. A must visit if you love dive bars and a space I’ll come back to anytime I’m in Little Rock.
