I’ve seen Dr Deer for many years, through regular appointments for vision screening, cataract surgery, retinal surgery, and most recently, Temporal Arteritis. He is consistently a concerned physician. When my first cataract surgery didn’t have the anticipated results he worked to find the reason, which turned out to be retinal surgery.

When my GP had diagnosed Temporal Arteritis and I needed an ophthalmology appointment in a hurry to confirm diagnosis and set up for surgery to do biopsy, Dr Deer worked me in the same day. He took the initiative to contact a surgeon for the biopsy and coordinated with the GP, the MRI group

Nice, organized office. You can get a professional examination for glasses and/or contacts and order your Rx at their office. I haven't needed Dr. Deer for surgery, but I believe he also conducts surgeries at a nearby hospital. Dr. Deer has been very patient with my children and we will continue to use him for our yearly eye examination.
