We love Care IV Home Health. My mom used their service twice this year and both times they were fantastic. From our initial contact with the administration staff we have been more
Than pleased.. we had OT, PT, and RN all providing home health services weekly. The communication and coordination between staff was consistently on point. Their staff received weekly updates at their staff meetings so they always entered our home fully prepared.

Rude and argumentative , from the nurses in my residence, , to the office workers/supervisors. Fend for yourself. You'll get better treatment. Nothing at all is better than anything from Care IV.

HR/hiring management is highly discriminatory towards minorities (Black Americans and Hispanics) in a VERY obvious manner. Despite being overqualified I was told via email my skill set didn’t meet their expectations less than 20 minutes after applying. Normally I do not fill out my demographics for this reason; however I’ve never had this issue. So I applied for another position; again I’m overqualified and I still received the same email less than 30 minutes later. I can only imagine how they treat their patients who just so happen to be black, food for thought.
