I had some Hail damage to my home in Cabot, AR. 72023. My insurance aqgent with the Matthew Brown Farmers Insurance Group, Cameron Tomboli, sent Mr. Kevin Garner from Big Rock Restoration, Kanga Roof to give me an estimate. This young man Kevin was very courteous and polite to me a 62 year old woman. He explained the damages to me in simple understandable English, He gave me an approximate date as to when he thought that his crew could come out and get my whole roof torn off and replaced. He told me that he was upon leaving my residence going to be headed over to my insurance agency location a few blocks away. He would let Mr. Tomboli know that he had been by my home and that he thought that i was a sweet older lady, that really needed to have her roof replacement ASAP. I was totally amazed at how true to his word this Young man Mr. Kevin Garner was. If he said he'd get back ahold of me at a certain time, he did. He kept me abreast of each and every part of the process as it went along. Talking with him was a very calming and caring conversation. He is a very good salesman, and very efficient leader, and he gets things done. And when I say done, I mean done RIGHT. I want to especially thank Kevin for making an old, lonely, lady feel confident that she was doing the right things for maintaining her home. My roof looks sharp! I love the color of Architectural tiles match my vinyl siding and perfectly contrast with the bright blue trim on my home. I couldn't be happier if my whole house was a brand new construction site! Once again, Please tell your work crew, who did the installation of my roof, Thank You for doing a spectacular job on my roof. And a Big Thank you to you Kevin Garner. I wish I could give you a higher rating than 5 Stars... You definitely deserve it!.
Needed my roof replaced Zack Privett did an excellent job and went above and beyond. He was exceedingly patient with me and did a great job. Would definitely recommend this company just because of him.
