I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews, but I'm simply writing a review to warn everyone! I went and asked for a basic acrylic with white gel polish, nails shaped short and square. The nail tech had accidentally painted few spots on my skin, as well as the underneath of my left thumb nail contained acrylic underneath on my skin (ultimately messing up the nail) along another missed paint spot as well. Thankfully, the nails aren't too bad when looking from far away!

Great customer service however I waited an hour for my pedicure. The young gentlemen did a great job however I've been here 2 hours to get a classic pedicure. I will definitely try again on a much slower day like Monday or Tuesday. They are worth a second try.

Used to be my favorite place but was very rushed and my favorite nail tech was 40 min late for our appointment. When I asked the front desk person about it, the male manager/owner came up and very rudely made me feel terrible for asking. To add to the situation, another woman was waiting a very long time for an appointment with the same tech so she rushed through my manicure even though I paid for deluxe services. That woman ended up leaving. I hate it because I love this nail tech, but I will not be going back.
