First, the bikes are awesome. My AllRoad rides like a dream both on the road with 28mm tires and on dirt with 35mm! Having two sets of wheels make this bike super flexible, and I don't feel like I give up any performance in either, so I don't see it as a compromise. The team at Allied are amazing. I had an issue with my bike, and the worked diligently and quickly to help me resolve. I can't say enough about their awesome customer service.
