Since my original review, posted right after the incident, was deleted, I feel it’s necessary to repost my experience with Greg Owen for the sake of transparency.

I hired this contractor for tree removal on April 17, 2025, after being referred by a neighbor. I paid a $1,500 deposit up front in good faith. That decision turned into months of stress, unanswered messages, and unresolved damage.

While the tree was removed, multiple critical parts of the job were not completed. The promised cleanup never happened. During the work, a shared chain-link fence between my property and my neighbor’s was heavily damaged, far beyond any minor pre-existing issues....read full review

Never communicated when they were coming over, or what needed to be done. Cut our AT&T fiber line and didn't tell us, just rolled up the line and left it by the side of our house.

My husband and I used Greg's team to remove a dead tree from our yard. I will give them credit for dropping the tree without catastrophic damage. However, they put a hole through a few fence panels that were "repaired" with ill-fitting boards, and they also put a hole in our roof with a completely inadequate repair. I was then told to "give him a break" when I told him the repair was not sufficient. Following that, I was lectured about how dead my tree was. If they didn't want to take on the job, they did not have to accept. If we ever need another tree taken down we will taking our business elsewhere.Service: Tree removal
