Although several reviews are about the bank, there is so much more to the building than just Regions Bank. Security is always super helpful. They will be happy to give you directions to anywhere in the building, or even downtown and they will always walk you to your car. Just ask! On the first floor you will find plenty of amenities. There is Revival Coffee, Morrison's Capitol Barber Shop, The Sweet Shop, The Snack Shack, Frederica Pharmacy and an Eatraiz vending machine. Additionally the building attracts highly respected Attorneys, Accountants, and Financial Advisors, among others; there is even a radio station (96.5 The Box) and Therapeutic Massage (Massage Arkansas). On the top floor, a classic Little Rock destination sits The Little Rock Club, a featured destination for weddings and other special occasions. There is plenty of metered street parking, nearby lots and an attached garage! Opening in 1974, this building has character but they have made, and continue to make, upgrades to keep the building modern and up to date; professional but not stuffy. Building management is always quick to respond and do their best to get things done. They even try to create tenant engagement by sponsoring contests and booking some of the best food trucks to bring lunch variety to the area. If you find yourself downtown, stop by.
