It was a dark and frozen night; an ice storm due in hours. Truck's fuel pump died while getting gas, leaving us stranded 4 hrs from home. A friendly voice quickly answered the phone. It was Mr Wayne himself "I'll be right there". Prompt response. Clearly skilled in towing, auto repair and Customer Service. Took us to the hotel. Next day (saturday) he set aside his personal plans to prioritize work on our vehicle. Thank you Mr Wayne.
We broke down side road and Mr. Edwards and his crew took care of us right away.. they towed us all the way to Pro Auto in Conway Ar. Thank yall soo much for being so kind and quick..
I've read the reviews and don't understand the low ratings. Complaints of expensive tows should be completely ignored. It's a big rig tow!!! No matter where you are or what company you use, it is expensive. I do not understand the complaints about attitudes either. Wayne and Shea (sp?) Were extremely nice, polite and helpful. Wayne was a little short on the phone but he has stuff to do and doesn't have time to have a lengthy conversation on the phone.I had a hub failure which resulted in a small fire, county sheriff Deputy, state trooper and Winchester fire department.
