“5 stars truly isn’t enough for how I feel about Dr. Bradford, Shayna and Kelley. I work in the medical field and feel like I’m fairly hard to impress when it comes to patient care and customer service. This group of people is so genuine, relatable and actually care about their patients, and you can just feel that when you step foot in this office. I felt totally at ease knowing they were on my team. I struggled with infertility for a year before coming to see them. I’m 36 and was worried I’d missed my widow for having kids. They did some tests and assured me I was fertile and would be for quite a while. It didn’t feel like fake optimism, it always felt genuine and like I was taking to someone who knew me. Shayna took her time explaining each process and different medication to me, as did Dr. Bradford. He is the kindest man and always makes you feel like you’re his only patient of the day. Gentle is an understatement and he made some potentially very uncomfortable appointments seem easy. I never once felt rushed, even when I was a worked into their busy schedule. Shayna was so fast at calling me with results each time I did a different type of test. She and Dr. Bradford never once made my journey feel hopeless, even when I had moments of hopelessness. They always had a plan for what the next step would be and if that didn’t work, we would move on to the next thing. I always felt like the ball was in my court and if I had reservations about a medication or literally anything else, they made sure to remind me these decisions were up to me and they were there to give me advice along the way, never to judge what I decided. After 4 IUIs and trying out some different meds, I’m pregnant and owe it to this amazing team of people. Kelley was always a bright face to see when I checked in and was so awesome at working with me and my work schedule. Without her scheduling help this whole process would have been so much more difficult with my job. She and Dr. Bradford even came in on their day off for my last IUI because that was the day I was ovulating. I’m so grateful they were willing to do that because that happens to be the time it worked for me! I just can’t sing their praises enough and would recommended them to literally anyone, especially if you’re struggling with infertility. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.“

Edit: I will definitely NOT be back! I just got a $170 bill for walking in, having a bandage changed, then sent on my way for an antibiotic that costed less than $10 with insurance. I was never given any indication, even after specifically asking, that I would be charged, let alone THIS much! Not a low income friendly place like I thought it would be.“

“This clinic helped me from infertility all the way to birth. Couldn’t recommend more. Dr McKinney was my main doctor; she’s very attentive and thorough. She and her staff always made me feel heard and taken care of (even though I ask a lot of questions in person and in the portal). I also had good experiences with the doctors I used when McKinney wasn’t available. A good friend of mine who’s a doctor and tends to be particular with medical care also loves Parkhill and uses them for all their needs.

Don’t let the average google rating scare you. When a business doesn’t constantly ask all customers to review them, they often get more negative reviews. Much easier to forget to leave a positive review than a negative one (I’ve been meaning to post this positive review for over a year).“
