At my first intensive I was able to disconnect from the busyness of my home life and immerse myself in the process of becoming like I never have.The group I have been so blessed to be with gelled immediately and we bonded as if we had known each other for a lifetime.Stela and Kate are immensely knowledgeable teachers. Holly’s meditation is superb and I especially love the philosophy class with Matt.The vegetarian food is simply amazing. The flavors and care taken in preparing it made me feel like I was at a 5 star resort.The Shala will always be a special place to me. I’m so appreciative to have found it and have the ability to participate in this process.
