Excellent customer service. After I dropped off a dress, Top Line Cleaners called to let me know a discount on dresses would begin the next day and offered to wait so I could receive the lower price. They could have easily left it in the system that day and had me pay full price. That level of care and honesty is hard to find. They definitely have my continued business and recommendation.
I must admit, I have not been taking a lot of dry cleaning to the cleaners in the last year or two. Since my husband‘s passing, I’m not using the cleaners as often as we did before. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly The turnaround was. I liked the way they gave me a ticket with the items listed and then the notification next day that my dry cleaning was done and ready to be picked up. The cleaner business is local! I was able to save money on Wednesday by getting the % discount! I got a call to pick up my clothes the next day! My dress shirts were cleaned (spotless) and pressed nicely! I will most definitely recommend to my family and friends!
