First time here. Usually go to European Wax Center but their quality has gone down hill so I figured I’d try somewhere new. I was able to book myself online for the day and time I needed. I got several thorough reminders (which I need 😆). I arrived late (thanks to my kids 😵‍💫) and she was literally calling me to check on me as I walked in but did not give me a hard time for being late. Customer service was great. She chatted with me the whole time. Her place is clean, cute, and welcoming. I saw her throw each waxing stick away after each swipe and get a new one. Her wax job was better than EWC and I will be a repeat customer.

I am obsessed with Shatanna and her place!! Wow! Talk about an amazing esthetician! I have never met anyone like her I will never go anywhere else. I could go on and on forever.

If you're on the fence about getting that Brazilian wax done, Go to The Body Studio. Thank me later. Shatanna made the experience so comfortable and enjoyable. You will not be disappointed. The salon is very welcoming, clean, and beautifully decorated. Shatanna truly takes pride in her work and is very professional and meticulous. She is my new go-to girl and will be yours too!
