Nice gym. I travel for work and been to perhaps 75 or more pf gyms and this one stands out. Greeted right away by a great team. Leroy was extremely charismatic and a great asset to this pf facility.

Just wanted to shout the young man Wyatt, moved here from another state in March and my account was still showing Texas location, caused small issues but the team never showed a difference when I came to workout. But Wyatt went above and beyond to get my account updated I really appreciate the time and effort ?

The staff at this location are top notch and amazing at making suremy experience as a member is the best it could be. My day always gets made whenever I see Wyatt and Cruz at the front desk making me smile! I encourage everyone to come to Planet Fitness Jacksonville.
