I’m so glad I found them. They were able to fit my puppy in on a busy Saturday! The doctor and assistant was very knowledgeable and patient to a new pet parent and all my questions. The whole experience was wonderful. So many options and I’m glad I chose them.

I just relocated to Little Rock from Florida and I needed to find a good vet for my little fur friend. Jacksonville Animal Hospital was recommended to me. Because of Covid, they are asking people to wait in their cars while their pets are seen inside. My dog was acting like he did not feel well after we moved up. I was also concerned about some cloudiness in one of his eyes. The vet squeezed me in and asked me to arrive at 8 o'clock this morning. I waited in the parking lot with my dog for two hours before they brought him inside. I am assuming the wait would not be that long if they hadn't been kind enough to squeeze me in. I had to bring our dog, Nicky, in yesterday because he was having seizures, what an incredible group of people. We have been patients for a few years but I have never needed to see them for anything other than normal checkups & such. From Ryanna who took my call to Jess & Dr. Larousse & Angela who helped, I was so happy with how we were treated. Very compassionate & helpful, as well as thorough. I can't say enough!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
